In the heart of a blazing autumn in Paris, the Pont Royal spans the Seine, while on the right one can glimpse the foliage of the Jardin des Tuileries, then the Pavillon de Flore and the beginning of the row of the Louvre buildings.
Paul Signac excels in watercolor with a keen sense of color and rhythm, where everything seems to converse in a symphony of juxtaposed pure tones.
